As a mother of two young children, I know firsthand the exhaustion of contact naps, short sleep cycles, and countless night wakings. I tried it all — rocking, patting, feeding, pacifiers, carrier naps — just to get my babies to sleep.
Many people, including my own family, told me this was just part of motherhood — that my baby would eventually outgrow it. But I kept asking myself: “How much longer can I keep doing this — nap after nap, night after night?” I wanted my children to be well-rested so they could play, feed, learn, and grow with ease.
And I realised: exhaustion doesn’t have to be the default setting of parenthood. That moment of clarity — recognising how broken sleep was affecting not just me, but our entire family — sparked my journey into sleep training.
After experiencing a life-changing transformation in our own home, I became a Certified Paediatric Sleep Consultant in Singapore, trained in the evidence-based Sleep Sense™ method. Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of families across Singapore, China, and beyond, helping parents teach their babies and toddlers to sleep independently, take longer naps, and sleep through the night — all with confidence and clarity.
At Our Little Chicks Sleep Solutions, we’ve proudly helped over 1,300 babies and children build healthy sleep habits, supporting better nights, brighter days, and more connected families.
My work has also been featured on MediaCorp Channel 8 News, where I was interviewed about the rising trend of sleep training in Singapore — an opportunity to raise awareness and share evidence-based sleep solutions with a wider audience.
Whether you're just starting out or feeling stuck, I’m here to walk beside you — every step of the way. Outside of sleep training consulting, I enjoy Korean food and keeping fit. I also love learning more about child development — a passion that continually inspire both my work and my parenting.
